Briefing

Corvus Whispervale wants a log recovered from the drip-well, and you should not linger there one moment longer than necessary.

Retrieve a log from the drip-well without lingering, and remember that Void Beast and Root Specter prowl around that drip-well.

Do not linger near the drip-well any longer than the work requires.
In certain seasons, the drip-well runs strange.
Crystal keeps two things carefully: its water and its old debts.
The drip-well is your task, so do not linger while Void Beast and Root Specter prowl ring four. Bring the completed log to me. I record this step at the Drip-Well of Crystal.
I will write your log faithfully, but I will not write down everything I know.
