Briefing

Fyren Yarrow wants a log recovered from the slack-pool, and you should not linger there one moment longer than necessary.

Retrieve a log from the slack-pool without lingering, and remember that Thorn Drifter and Storm Grazer prowl around that slack-pool.

Do not linger near the slack-pool any longer than the work requires.
In certain seasons, the slack-pool runs strange.
Cruciborne keeps two things carefully: its water and its old debts.
The slack-pool is your task, so do not linger while Thorn Drifter and Storm Grazer prowl ring four. Bring the completed log to me. I record this step at the Slack-Pool of Cruciborne.
I will write your log faithfully, but I will not write down everything I know.
