Briefing
Whenever the cinderfall hits, somebody must clear the cistern grate so the Vale can continue drinking.
Steps
After the cinderfall, clear the cistern grate so the Scorch Root Vale can still drink. Thorn Crawlers hold the lip, and if the plate gives way, pull the living out first.

Dialogue
- Cinderfall hits the cistern first, so clear the grate before anything else.
- In the Vale, water comes first and shards always come second.
- If you drown chasing a shard, I will not write your name on the Maw wall.
- When the plate gives way, you pull the living out first, before anything else.
- Once the cinderfall passes, clear the cistern grate, even though Thorn Crawlers hold the lip, because the Vale still has to drink. I settle this step at the Scorch Root Vale.
