Briefing
Brynja's shard count and Faeron's bin do not match, and each of them is certain of their own figure. Count the shards at the ruin skirts and deliver them to Faeron.
Steps
Reconcile Brynja's shard count with Faeron's bin by counting the shards along the Searforge ruin skirts, territory the Blight Specter and Blight Beast patrol, and then deliver the count to Faeron.
