Steps
Retrieve a log from the open ocean without lingering, and remember that Hallowcoil and Abyssalhorn prowl around that open ocean.

- Hallowed Draught x3
- 3200 XP

- 200 Skyreach Covenant rep
Dialogue
- Do not linger near the open ocean any longer than the work requires.
- In certain seasons, the open ocean runs strange.
- Hallowed keeps two things carefully: its water and its old debts.
- The open ocean is your task, so do not linger while Hallowcoil and Abyssalhorn prowl ring four. Bring the completed log to me. I record this step at the Open Ocean of Hallowed.
- I will write your log faithfully, but I will not write down everything I know.
