Nessa Mirewood wants a log recovered from the cistern, and you should not linger there one moment longer than necessary.

Retrieve a log from the cistern without lingering, and remember that Glow Howler and Ash Specter prowl around that cistern.

Do not linger near the cistern any longer than the work requires.
In certain seasons, the cistern runs strange.
Cragveil keeps two things carefully: its water and its old debts.
The cistern is your task, so do not linger while Glow Howler and Ash Specter prowl ring four. Bring the completed log to me. I record this step at the Cistern of Cragveil.
I will write your log faithfully, but I will not write down everything I know.
