One row for every NPC id from NPC0001 to NPC0777, split by biome range. Each row shows the id, name, surname, sex, age, role, faction, alignment, biome, settlement, status, quests given, quests received, kinship, items held, notes, and flags. Fields the tables leave blank say not recorded. Nothing has been added beyond the NPC table, the NPC pages, and the quest table.

An NPC can belong to any faction and live or work in a settlement controlled by another faction. That is not a conflict, so the NPC faction is not compared with the settlement or biome. The biome pages list the NPCs there from other factions.
Status is Historical, departed only where the role is historical_departed. Other rows are not marked historical or departed. The canon status from each NPC page is shown with it.
