- The Cogmist Engineers keep asking questions about the vault.
- The Cogmist Engineers are running a guest count at the Rift Wind Tunnel. Bring the completed tally to Lyra Lumenbrook; this final task closes the chain. I settle this step at the Rift Wind Tunnel.
- The Cogmist Engineers are counting our faces as though they already own this ground.
- From now on, whenever people speak of Tempest, they can mention your name with confidence.
- Mind the weather carefully, because out here it turns faster than you would expect.
