Briefing

Steps
Reconcile the storm crystal count with Lyra Lumenbrook. The figures came back light, which suggests someone is skimming, and a Storm Crystal Flush can triple the yield.
Reward
- Storm Crystal Ingot x1
- 4500 XP
- 250 Gold
- 500 Cinderwarden rep
Dialogue
- You are new enough that Tempest has not learned your name yet.
- The Cogmist Engineers keep asking questions about the vault.
- The storm crystal count came back light, and a Storm Crystal Flush can triple the yield, so deliver an accurate count. I keep the tally at the Rift Wind Tunnel.
- So you brought storm crystal; fine, that counts for something.
- My family has had ties to Tempest for longer than most people can remember, but that does not make me anything special.
- The Cogmist Engineers are counting our faces as though they already own this ground.
