Briefing
Elara Hollowbane wants a log of exactly one sign, hum, tick, or mute, taken from the ruins underfloor, and she refuses to write down what the faces actually are.
Steps
In the underfloor of the Searforge ruins, record a single singer sign from the dark faces: a hum, a tick, or a mute. Grit Wardens guard those faces. Return the log, and deliberately avoid recording what the faces are.

Dialogue
- Hum, tick, or mute: those are the only three words I will accept in a log.
- Bring me hum, tick, or mute, and nothing more. I have no use for a sermon.
- Go down to the ruins underfloor, where Grit Wardens guard the dark faces. Log one hum, tick, or mute and bring it back, without describing what the faces are. I record this step at the Scorch Root Vale.
- You have heard a mute face, and you are still standing here, which is worth remembering.
- I will write your log faithfully, but I will not write down what the faces actually are.
